Ooooh girl, what didn't happen....
She started out on Etsy with a nice little selection of well received products. She got really popular and launched her own site. She had a lot of good sales and couldn't keep up with the demand and people were waiting MONTHS (I'm talking Black Friday sales not filled by January of the following year) for products with no updates on status. She also messed up her discount codes and people were able to double up sales codes and use the LHCF discount plus her sale code and get over 50% off when she didn't mean for that to happen. She got really snippy on Instagram and Facebook talking about people "stealing" from her and doing her dirty. She posted up pics going to the club and what not while people waiting on her products. Then she talked about finding old food :pullhair:

(weeks old food) in her oven when she making products in her kitchen. Posted pics of people's products on her dirty floor. Showed what someone termed as "Civil War pots and pans" that she was mixing products up in... Talked about conditioners "breaking" cause she didn't mix them right and how she was going to do this or that to "fix" them... When you would buy a product, it would be different every time.... No recipes, no consistency...

She posted crazy, crazy rants... replied to e-mails in such a crazy, crazy grimy unprofessional way..... Had crazy looking people helping her make and package products.... She put so. much. stuff. on social media....

Then people started having products that developed mold :barf:

in them... And she acted crazy about that... :eek:

It was never ending drama... Paypal disputes left and right... People cancelling orders they waited weeks for then she would print a shipping label and say it was on the way when people didn't want her stuff anymore...

We had a crazy, live thread or two about all this drama as it went on... I just realized I said crazy a whole bunch of times in this post, but it WAS crazy... :drunk:

I can't believe she has the NERVE to open back up like nothing happened !!!

I hope people know better this time, I really do....
she has no benefit of the doubt left with me, and I was a staunch supporter!!! :nono2:

Her products were good in the beginning, but she went --- crazy :nuts:

Umm, HH-gate may or may not have been the reason that I joined LHCF. I needed to get in that vendor forum to get a full understanding of what had happened. Lol.

Wow!!! She is no business woman at all! That is no way to treat people especially your own who want to see you succeed. I have to look into her because I want to make sure I buy nothing from her. Its already a risk to buy from people who you dont know but this makes it worse. I hope people went to the Better Business Bureau.
