that's not for us lol... curly hair needs conditioner everywhere... that conditioning the mid to ends crap is for people with straight hair.
i agree about shampooing roots only. i rarely deliberately shampoo my length anymore. the suds get all over anyway.
Shampoo is for the roots of your hair.
Conditioner is for the older parts of your hair.

When you shampoo do it in sections and later twice.
Always use leave ins.

That's not true at all. I have/had plenty hair and conditioner at the top did nothing but add build up. So I've been avoiding conditioner for over a year in that area and my strands are fine. To each his own. But I shampoo my length, I just don't plop it down on my head.

I may buy it to support. After all I did steal one of their straightening techniques which was bomb. Using a boar bristle brush, the regular flat one not the round thing or the fine comb everyone else uses

I love their channel so I will continue to watch and support them. I saw another review on amazon that had charts on it I was curious about.

I didn't mean fine as in size  I meant like they're good. But my strands are fine to medium. i just miss the first inch of my hair and it's all good
ohhh ok
mine too actually. i don't think my hair is truly fine but it sure acts like fine hair.

hmm maybe i'll try not conditioning so high up lol but i doubt it will work. besides i pile my hair up when i condition so the conditioner gets on top anyway.

That doesn't make your hair tangly? I can't do that plopping stuff. I have to wash and condition my hair straight down or else I'll comb out too much hair

well this is weird but i rinse my hair under the tub faucet so the hair is kind of up on top of my head anyway lol. i just apply loads of conditioner while its wet and don't comb it through. the tangles smooth out.
I use Vo5 conditioner to detangle after shampoo rinses because shampooing tangles it up..

loll.
Seriously though.
Is there anything non haircare 101 in the book?

Best of luck to the twins with their book & all of their hair ventures.
They are beauties and I love their southern accents.
