I'm a natural 4b and I only blowdry every 7-10 days. I don't have the time, energy or hair density for alladat :nono:

It seems to be working well for her as her hair is gorgeous!

I can't imagine doing that every night. I tried cowashing every night and that took forever. But she said it took her 20 minutes. At 20 minutes it might be worth trying every other night. But it will be a looong time before my hair is long enough to try this.

y'all got no love for Ms. Hampton's regimen. @SlimPickinz , in one of be videos she said that this regimen grows her hair by reducing tangles. I'll try to find the vid. Her hair is belly button length so I'm not mad.

Her hair is so dense. I grew my hair by styling daily but I didn't use any heat. Not even heat for deep conditioning

Nope. Don't buy it. She could do this every three days and yield the same results.

my hair is too tightly coiled for that. I do need to start keeping my hair stretched again. I believe I retained more.
I don't want to blowdry so often... I need to find a different way to stretch my hair besides blowdrying to have switch it up options.

I use the cwk plates to stretch instead of blow drying. However, their customer service sucks!!
