I praise God, the supreme creator of the universe for the fact that even though I am upset and worried about what the election results will bring, I currently feel safe in my community and there is no other country I'd rather live in besides America. We have so many privileges here. I count my blessings everyday.

@JustSitNBePretty, you do not have to worry or fret about anything. This world is not your home. You are a citizen of the kingdom of God and He takes care of His own. God is in complete control and sometimes He uses what we view as bad situations to accomplish His will. Remember, He is no respecter of persons and He's above politics.

Praise God for empathy. Sometimes, He allows me to feel what others are going through so that I can understand rather than judge them.

I praise God for Uber even though it is a problematic company. But my car wouldn't crank late last night and Uber was my tried and true friend in my time of struggle.

I praise God for allowing me to spend almost 52 years with my mom. I will cherish the memories I have of her and I will rejoice because she is finally in her real home with The Lord.

Praise God for His comfort. He keeps me through thick and thin. My mom's funeral was yesterday and God kept me. All praises to His Holy name.
