She big chopped over a year ago. Her hair is now shoulder-length curly and growing like a weed.

She has super great hair. I've been following her for years on YT also. I was following her hair reg's, but then I did the big chop myself in 2013. Then I loc'd, 'cause my hair tangles so badly that I figured it would be happier loc'd. It's now thriving.

But, yeah, Tracee has a beautiful head of hair, relaxed and natural. I kinda hope she stays natural, but you never know.

I meant exactly what I said. She does not have 4c hair at all. Too many people are saying they have 4c and they don't. She stopped relaxing due to sensitive scalp and claimed within that vid she had been natural and was a 4c. She was practically in tears when she said she had to stop relaxing back then. She said she would transition and not big chop.

I mean what's her hair type if not 4c? I'm a bit behind on hair types

@brownb83 I don't even do hair typing. Porosity, density, moisture/protein/ceramide balance and thickness have played a role in my hair care journey along with light trims 4 times year. I also do low or no manipulation styling and wash at least once a week. If I remember correctly as I don't watch her vids consistently her hair is 4a.

I remember that back in the day. She said her hair was the kinkiest 4b/c I'm like how did she get that so messed up lol. And she said she would never not relax bone straight. I think I joked with her about this on her YouTube.

Her hair is gorgeous and I'm so happy for her being natural. Her hair does grow like weeds and she'll probably pass me in length soon and I've never even big chopped

I saw her on a FB feed and inboxed her. She said she transitioned for over a year. I believe it was 18 months or longer. Something like that. I just remember that her transition was long. Her hair is longer now and beautiful.
