Drink Your Water Challenge

I started adding acv to my water yesterday. It curbs my appetite a bit and keeps my blood sugar in check. I do it at least once, but no more than 3 times a day.

Y'all not going to believe this. Water company announced this morning that there is a severe water shortage in the area and advised not use or drink the water. Students on campus were sent home at 1pm but I stayed to finish up my presentation for the medical conference next week. All restaurants that use the water are closed. Good thing I have 3 cases (32 bottles each) at home. May have to venture into the neighboring county for food onSunday night.

I've had 64 oz every day this week so far. Ive been doing this for a month and I'm not sure I've noticed any benefits.

Are you ladies noticing any benefits?
