@thatscuteright,

It looks long and healthy already. In fact, I've seen many a YouTube video with very happy and excited women showing how successful their new hair journey has been thus far, and their hair is not as long or full and as beautiful as yours.

You obviously know what works! Your hair is gorgeous. Can you share your hair care regimen, please?

Thanks lady I have been a member of this board since forever and I literally have a notebook of printouts of LHCF info from Bargello's vitamin regimen to Isis's recommendations to Adrienne's hair photos that I pull out whenever I need inspiration :giggle:

Because of my hair texture and lifestyle, I need to keep it simple. It was the crown and glory method. I was too lazy to braid my own hair, but I made sure the braids were never tight. I wore marley twists 8-10 weeks at a time, sprayed my hair with Infusium 23 and a daily cocktail of glycerin, + some kind of braid spray, 1-2x a day. I may oil my scalp here and then but I was not consistent and prefer to let my scalp breathe.

After removing the braids I would do a home cholesterol treatment with eggs+ olive oil. wash my hair , wear it out for a few days and re-braid within one week later. I should have gotten blowouts and trims, but I didn't. The stylists cut about 2-3 inches all around and I did not mind because I needed it.

Internally I took Priteva hair vitamins, Fish oil, Pre-natal, extra Vitamin C .

Diet:
I eat 5-6 small meals a day ( 6 oz protein + green vegetable+ small carb)
I also eat egg white protein muffins every morning. I get alot of protein in my diet. I am not always consistent with how clean my diet is, but I do make sure to get in a decent amount of protein ( turkey breasts, fish, lean chicken, salmon, cod etc..)

I drink about a gallon of water a day and workout 5-6x a week in the gym. I sweat alot, so braids worked for me.

Thank you for the wonderful detail!

I cut my hair super short 2 summers ago because I was tired and just could not be bothered anymore :lol:
but I missed her and decided to grow her back again. I went to a wonderful healthy hair stylist today for wash/condition/trim /press and curl. She did a great job and I am happy with the results. I plan to use this as a starting point to grow out my hair again
sooo pretty and thick!

Where at from the Wegmans? I work across the street from Wegmans and this would be awesome to have someone so close.

ETA: I see on her website that she's in Jessup. Is that still true?

She is currently in the Apsara Day Spa.
