Hi Ladies, I placed an order from them when they were having their 40% off sale recently and I haven't hears anything since? I've sent 2 emails with no response. Has anyone ordered before in the past from them and it takes this long to receive or to get an update? It's been 3 weeks almost and nothing. When I go to the site just says they've receivedy order. I'm ready to file a dispute with my cc company to get my money back, no thermal heat cap is worth all this and poor customer service. Does anyone have a contact number? All their site has is an email. Thanks!

I just checked on their site for my order and a shipping label has just been created today and I ordered from April 4th. That's not to mean that it is shipped though. So I'll wait a couple more days and see if there is any movement then.

They must have had a whole lot of orders during their sale. I would imagine that it would take longer to ship hand made to order products/merchandise during high volume of orders. I usually wait at least 2 weeks before I start to check on my purchases for these types of goods and a little longer during sales.

They are probably sitting at a machine making my caps right now :lol:

Ok I will give it a few more days but they have until Friday. It takes 20 seconds to reply to an email. This thermal cap better take my DC sessions to a whole notha level or I won't be ordering again!:lachen:

So a shipping label has finally been created but my package hasn't been picked up or taken to the post office yet. No one ever responded to my multiple emails on status and a shipping label being created tells me nothing. I don't like companies that take a lazy or non-existent approach to customer service. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I got a note today that mine is shipped as of tonight. so I should have it in a few days.

Funny, just saw this on etsy & it was much cheaper than the one I bought. Kinda glad I didn't buy from her. I don't like not hearing from a vendor on order inquiries.

Please let us know how you like the caps though!

Got my order tonight and ugh can't front I love the silk bonnets and my hothead!:look: I would still be very hesitant to order again though.
