Anything Is Possible
How do you make your hair butters? That's one thing I haven't made.

@Thump sorry it took so long.

Shea Butters Mixes,Oils, Homemade Leave In

Water means moisture. Any hair care products you buy for moisture, the first ingredient should list Water. Examples (Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil moisturizer and Hollywood Beauty Olive Crème Curl no Drip, Neutragena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave-In Cream)

Always remember Use Shea Butter and Oils to seal moisturized hair in the morning or at night.

How to Preserve Shea Butter Homemade Mixture

Preserve all your mixes for hair & skin Micros and bacteria start to form within 2- to 4 hours of you making mix. You will see mold in 3 to 5 days of you do not add a preservative

Listed below are Preservatives To Use For Butter mixtures (I use Vitamin E & Tea Tree oil)

2 teaspoons of Castor Oil (optional. I sometimes do without it)
2 teaspoons of Jojoba Oil
Mix well.
This mixture should be applied to wet, freshly washed hair . Feel free to substitute the oils. The most IMPORTANT part of this mixture is the pH balance. Make sure that it is at least 4.5 ph. pH strips can be purchased from http://www.luvnaturals.com All other ingredients can be found in most local health food stores. Enjoy!

A tip for the aloe vera juice:
Since it comes in such a large quantity & spoils so easily, I freeze it in ice cube trays & then store the cubes in a freezer

My list is ridiculous! Lol. I started using EOs when I started my natural hair journey and wanted to use more natural products. I use them for body oils, hair and scalp oils, mosquito repellant, body aches, mood lifting, cleaning and dog and air freshener.

Lavender
Peppermint
Tea Tree
Lemon
Sweet Orange
Grapefruit
Rose Hip
Lemongrass
Citronella
Clove Bud
Rosemary
Palmarosa
Katrafay
Petitgrain
Chamomile

I also keep my Vitamin E oil and Aloe vera oil with my EOs because they seem pretty potent too.

I'm looking to buy Carrot seed and red raspberry oil for their SPF qualities to mix into my family sunscreen mix with shea butter, lanolin and EVOO.

Maracujá

November 2020 --> 14 years natural!!!
Right now I only have Eucalyptus in the home, I use it to diffuse while I do a facial steam.

Can't wait to purchase some more in the future. I want to start cleaning my home with it.

I LOVE EOs! I got into them over a year ago. I started diffusing them, then transitioned to scenting sweet almond oil and making my own perfumes. I have bought plenty from Piping Rock but Edens Garden is my primary source to purchase EO blends.

I have sweet orange, lavender, tea tree, clove, rosemary, eucalyptus, peppermint, cinnamon, frankincense, lemon, lemon eucalyptus and carrot seed to name a few.

I also have EO blends from Edens Garden of Sweet Ambiance, A romance, Shine, Uplift, and Meditation. These blends have a ylang ylang base and smell amazing. Plus shipping is free on any US order.

Right now I'm diffusing a Thrive Blend that's great for immunity and overall well being. It's a blend of lemon, clove, rosemary, cinnamon, and eucalyptus. It smells amazing.
Thanks for sharing about this company @NaturallyATLPCH. I just subscribed. I can't wait to try some of their essential oil blends.

Oh by the way, I'm an essential oil freak. I love them a lot. I use them mostly for aromatherapy, but i use a lot of them mixed in with carrier oils on my scalp as well.
