I took advantage of Sally's B2G1 Free promotion on The Mane Choice Egyptian Collection. I bought 2 jars of the mask and 1 of the twisting gel. Plus I had an additional $10 off coupon. That was an awesome deal. I can't wait to try them; these have been on my wish list for such a long time.

I really want to try the mask, the shampoo and maybe the conditioner from this collection. The Buy 2 get 1 sale doesn't end til next week so I may go back and pick up those items. The split end serum/lotion is my HG for hydrating straight hair. Its pricey for the size but I take advantage of sales like these and stock up.

DH randomly got me a Sallys gift card (he knows me so well lol) so yesterday @ Sallys I bought:

4 packs of large satin covered sponge rollers
Mielle Organics Pomegranate & Honey Twisting Souffle
(sidenote - my avatar is the result of using the Mielle twisting souffle and sleeping in the rollers last night. LOVE.)

It was time to replace my hair tools so it worked out, plus I got some new stuff to try. I just gave a huge bag of hair products I didn't like/wasn't using to my nieces, so I feel okay about all of this. :look: :lol:

I was on the fence about the serum...I wasnt sure if it would benefit my hair at all, especially now with my short cut. But I have seen nothing but good reviews about that serum. I will have to try that next.

I really, really love it. I primarily use it as my moisturizer when my hair is straightened, but it's lovely for curly hair too. It's very light weight but effective. It's not greasy at all which is a plus because my hair gets so weighed down. My ends/hair feel SO hydrated with this stuff. I'm not going to go as far as saying it repairs split ends, but I could see it possibly preventing them.
