Well, now that my hair's in mini-twists, I'll braid them into sections and wash them tomorrow or Sunday. I would have waited till next week, but I was heavy-handed with the Softee Coconut Oil formula (grease) trying to seal in the moisture before twisting, it's still a bit greasy and I really think I need to wash. No itching or bad smells though, so that's a good sign. And I did get compliments on the style at work yesterday. :)

I’m going to finish what I started yesterday! I washed and deep conditioned but forgot to rinse the stuff out! It is so cold here. I just didn’t feel like hopping in the shower multiple times yesterday. I will lightly shampoo my hair, use a rinse out conditioner, detangle, dry under the dryer, then bun.

I'm 5 months post & transitioning to natural. I go to my stylist every month for maintenance to help with this process(and it surely has helped).

Yesterday I went to her for my regular maintenance!

She washed, did a protein treatment, DC with steam! Then she flat iron my hair. My hair is coming along nicely! It's healthy, strong & in good shape!

I took my twists down this morning, using Amla Oil while untwisting them.
I'll wash later, followed by protein and moisturizing DC.
I'll let my hair dry in chunky twists overnight (LCO).
I plan to twist back up with ECO gel tomorrow.

ETA: I have a Belle Bar x Curly Proverbz Green Tea Rinse brewing on the stove right now. I'll use that during the washing process later.

On break
Me, either!!!

I can't find any motivation. :cry3:

I washed with my new Soultanicals Carrot Shampoo Dew (just out of curiosity). Then I let it air dry, played around with braiding at the front, and slapped a Slap Cap on.

I have no hair thoughts in my head at all right now.

Yesterday
Cleanse: Soultanicals Carrot Dew Shampoo

Detangle at sink: Curl Junkie Smoothing RO Conditioner
Leave-in: CurlyProverbz DIY Ayurvedic Hair Tea
Styler: Design Essentials curl cream
Ends care/sealing: Jakeala Shiloh Hair Balm (ayurvedic grease)
Styling: low twist bun
