Is There A Foam Wrap More Moisturizing Than Creme Of Nature Foam Wrap?

I've been experimenting with chunky flexi rod sets that I air dry overnight. I've been on the hunt for a product that is fast-drying and gives me good all day hold without dryness. I've tried gels and cremes so far (Wetline, curls goddess gelle, Camille rose moisturizing lotion).

I thought I'd give setting lotion a go and I got near perfect results with creme of nature foam wrap mosse. BUT it makes the lower half of my hair feel dry.

Since I got my best results with a setting lotion, I'm going to try another brand. The problem is that there are sooo many out there. I don't want to go in blindly buying things without recommendations.

For those of you who have tried the creme of nature, is there a brand more moisturizing? Or is there another product out there that can set my flexirod sets fast (overnight dry) that gives moisture and hold? Thanks!

I have the Jane Carter and while it dries quickly and nicely you will still need a light oil or leave-in. I have yet to find a styling mousse that doesn't give dryness without a touch of oil or leave-in.

Bent. Not Broken.
lottabody (diluted)
mizani

but I agree they are all a little drying. Lottabody less so than the others.

I like Nutress foam wrap. I have tried Nairobi but my hair is fine and Nutress just allows for more "body" and does not make my hair sticky. It is hard to find in beauty supplies here in Houston so I order it from Ensley (https://www.ensleybeautysupply.com/Product/2604/Nutress-Hair-Wrap-Guard-Foam-Wrap-Lotion-8oz.aspx)

I buy the 32 oz (and use a separate foaming pump) - it is a better value at $10.36 versus $6.99 for the 8 oz.

I have the same problem with Nairobi. It seemed to weigh my fine hair down more than other foams. It works amazing for my moms thicker strands though.

My tried and true product for roller sets is Lottabody the concentrated one. My hair is left smooth, silky and light.

How does the mentioned foam wraps compare to ORS foam wrap? I like it a lot, it leaves my hair soft and gives me hold for days but I want to try something else that will give me hold for more days.

Keracare is the best when it comes to leaving the hair soft. It has no protein in it, so the hold is light. I wouldn’t use lottabody (original), Nairobi, CON, etc for a roller set. Those a good for hold, such as wrapping and molding the hair. I wouldn’t use that with a roller set, you would have to constantly add water, and since those have a stronger hold, it may cause breakage when coming out. Now if you don’t plan to comb out your curls, or set, then I guess it’s ok.
But I stopped stylists using anything else but Keracare wrap foam lotion (white one).
I don’t care for hard, crunchy sets, or sets I can’t comb out.

I really want to try Nutress but I'm addicted to Nairobi and my hair is super thick.....
