Today I:

-Shampooed twice with the MC Egyptian shampoo
-DC with MC regular rinse out conditioner
-I used the MC Egyptian leave in on my left side and my crown and ABP leave in on my right side (just a little experiment)
-sealed with asha & miel superpowers ayurvedic whipped shea hair butter

Be sure to let us know what leave in you like best! seriously thinking about investing in some APB but I hate using products I can't find on the ground

Today:
  • Prepoo (water + ayurvedic oil 4 braids) for a few hours
  • Trader Joe's TTT shampoo x2
  • Giovanni 50/50 conditioner to detangle
  • currently: SM Honey Mask + Agave to deep condition for an hour or so before rinsing
  • do a final rinse with Chammomile + Spearmint + Bergamont Oil (without rinsing out, using it like the Liquid leave in, praying it won't dry my hair out)
  • KCKT leave in
  • Keravada Creme Brulee to moisturize
  • Alikay Naturals to seal (love the way this product smells but I'm not so sure if it's moisturizing enough on its own and the ingredients make me feel like it's more of a sealant than moisture. however if that's the case it doesn't leave enough shine for me. trying to use this jar up, if I repurchase it'll be for the smell only)
  • two strand chunky twists >>> trying to baby my hair more so going to leave these twists in, maybe even under a beanie for work and such until I go out

Only had to start work at 9.30, so I woke up early and took care of my hair: protein treatment ( Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor ) sprayed with a mixture of water and Keratin oil. Followed by a moisturizing treatment with Herbal Essence’s blue label ( 45 minutes each ) under my new hair dryer.

Congrats on the new dryer! What brand and number is it, and what's your review?

Apologies for the late response. The brand is Ceriotti Equator 3000 with one speed. It's from a company based in Italy. They're the biggest manufacturers of hair related equipment in Europe.

So far so good, it's an upgrade from my old Babyliss one, that lasted me a long time and I really don't have any complaints about. This one has a timer though, so no more need to use my cell phone for that.

It can go up to 70 °C, but I always keep it around 50-60 °C. Today is my third time using it, so I'll hold on for the review. Also, I did not DC with heat for 3-4 years, so it's gonna take some time before my hair gets back to 'normal'. Bare with me.

No worries! Thanks for the information.

I am in desperate need of an inexpensive, quick drying tabletop dryer with which I can travel.

P.S. How did you get the degree sign to type on the screen? (I'm super curious, LOL)

That would be awesome! This is why it's also important to colonize everyone in your circle, to start taking better care of their hair too. That way, every time you visit them in their home, they have a hair dryer at hand lol. Have not travelled in a long time, but I always try to braid my hair when I do.

As for the degree sign: just press SHIFT + the degree sign next to the zero on your keyboard. If it's not on the keyboard, you may find it under 'special characters'. HTH.
