Braidless Crochet

Searching YouTube for protective styles and came across this video. Has anyone tried this before? Is it a healthy option?

I think you can wear this safely for a week but after that I think you start to risk breakage with your nape and edges. And I wouldn't want to leave a rubber band in my hair for more than a week.

This is really just a bun with hair added. I would follow safe bunning tips. They would still apply here.

I'm so tired of this baby hair phase. It's not cute at all.

I've done this before and it lasted about 1 1/2 week.
