C W K Hair Stretching Products: What's Up With This Business?

Greetings, fam.

So, are the CWK folks still in business? I received a rather blunt, kind of testy-sounding, automated email, and now they are late following through with promised communication.

Has anyone been satisfied with their service? Has anyone received effective communication from this business?

I bought plates from them when they first started offering the direct sales. I wasn't impressed. The plates came and they worked fine, but just not optimal for my hair length. Which is fine, it happens. But a few of the plates came damaged and when I emailed them (with pictures) they took a while to respond first, and then to respond agreeing to replace the damaged pieces. And then never did. I've washed my hands of them.

Also in term of my review for the product, I think it's neat if you have short hair, but when your hair is long you're gonna need too many plates to catch the ends and even then not a lot of hair can hold in there at a time without getting all caught up in the hinges. Their long rollers seem useful I guess, but I've never tried them.

This company is trash! I ordered the I plates, the sss plates and rollers, They work but their costumer services sucks! They delete any negative comments off their IG, take days to respond to emails, and only respond if you harrass them. My sister ordered at the same time I did it took over a month to recieve our products and I was missing plates. I had to hound them but they eventually sen them but this was over 4 years ago.
Im not sure if you paid through paypal but dispute and or contact your bank and dispute.

I wasn't able to place an order. I was interested in their wash and go elongators, but it's out of stock and they won't reply.
