I think I will do a ever so slight trim on my ends.
they really do feel ok. I've had rough ends before. Maybe I shouldn't even bother. After I wash and deep condition, I'll do a twist and see what the ends look like more closely.
Like I said, ever so slight.

I think the last time I trimmed my hair was in December. Not sure.

I finally have an idea what I will be doing to my hair tomorrow.

-First I will be coffee rinsing my hair then I will use my Follicle Care CayenaWood System tomorrow to repair my color damaged hair from shampoo to leave-in.

-I will also be using my horsetail, HOPS, Marshmallow, and Rosemary tea rinse under my conditioning treatment. I really like the effects of this rinse since it makes my hair feel so wonderfully thick.

-I may have to use something moisturizing afterwards so I'll probably use something Dominican made. Will update.

Saturday I will:

-prepoo and finger detangle with coconut oil and Kindred Butters serum
-shampoo with whatever I can find
-DC (idk what I want to use yet. Will determine my hairs needs after shampooing) with heat
-Aphogee green tea spray
-CareFreeCurl gold leave in
-oyin whipped pudding on my ends
-Bantu knot overnight

From here I will see how my hair is feeling and decide how I want to style it going forward

I used some coffee rinse in with my shampoo while I showered and used a combo rinse of horsetail, HOPS, rosemary and Marshmallow leaves under my protein DC mixed with Bekura Yam Nectar this morning.

Hair feels good and looks so shiny today. Presently have some Dudleys natural black semi permanent color on to see how it works. Then I'll rinse it out with Follicle Care Moisture rinse out conditioner.

I will finish off with Follicle Care CayenaWood Strengthening Leave-in.

Last night:
Washed and conditioned in the shower. Put my hair in 2 braids while rinsing out the conditioner under the running water.

Towel dried until bedtime, then let it airdry overnight.

This morning, I oiled my scalp and length then Shea buttered it up! I'll wear it done for the weekend then in a bun or French braid for the upcoming week.

Clay mix 1: Bentonite, diatomaceous, charcoal, acv and water
Clay mix 2 (because I keep underestimating how much my hair needs): Same as above but with less acv and added peppermint
DC: cocoa butter mix and Every strand macadamia
Leave-ins: Aphogee provitamin, ogx serum and Lottabody setting lotion as a mousse
Stretch: ponytail rollerset with my diy mesh rollers under my softbonnet

ETA: forgot some steps.
Started with a scalp treatment with the silk elements pre-cleanse.
Oh I also added some (probably expired??) silk amino acid powder to the clay mixes.

Last night was my "Hairathon" night as my kids call it.

I used brahmi, betonite and neem tea with 2 sprays of magnesium oil as a mask on my hair then I deep conditioned under the steamer.

I promise you this magnesium oil is making a difference. My frizz is nonexistent now and my curls pop.

I've been doing wash n go then sitting under the dryer for 30. Hair feels awesome.

they love to make me the butt of their jokes. Lol

The magnesium oil was life changing for my back pain. I make my own so it's a little diluted but I noticed an immediate difference in my hair. I have hard water so I think that has something to do with it too.
