Ladies: I'm Back With A Hair Update & Length Check Pics (almost Waist-length)!

LADIES, it's now been about 4 months, since I first went to Whitney at Her Growing Hands (Frisco, Texas).

After a thorough shampoo, 2 1/2 hours detangle (yes, 2 1/2 hours), steam treatment, blow out, silk press, and dusting, here are my results!

Do you use Shea butter on your hair at all? Careful, careful with the response. What you answer could be the difference between having to answer this one question, or being peppered with 5 million questions from now, until eternity.

Our hair is so deceiving yo! That length tho. This only makes me futher realize that I'll never know the true length of my own hair until I straighten it .

Yes Gawd to the first part. I could beat the lazies if I wasn’t so afraid of hairstylists here.

That's like pouring buckets of fresh blood in shark infested waters. Like them sharks we're going to be asking,"Where's the meat?"

@Daina, thank you! I will post my regimen in a few moments--but warning--it's not much of a regimen
@Chicoro, your posts always make my day! You said, "MAGNIFIGENCE!" Yes! I adore that word. Thank you. And you asked if I use Shea Butter on my hair--not to my knowledge. I have only used Avocado Oil, Healthy Hair Growth Elixir (an oil made by Whitney that she sells in her shop), and NJoy's Oil with Sulfur).

@flyygirlll2, Whitney truly does focus on the health/integrity of our hair--thank you!
