2019 Vitamin Challenge

Okay I’m finally back with the vitamins update lol. We’re not gonna start taking them until we’re finished with the rest of the vitamins we already have (multivitamin gummies, neogen collagen+powdered vitamin c, and Chlorofresh chlorophyll). The new additions are: Vitamin Shoppe’s own liquid iron, collagen peptides+powdered vitamin c, world organic liquid chlorophyll, and Organic Life liquid multi vitamins. Everything is new or a different brand of the same thing.

Week 2 and I've been anticipating a biotin breakout like i had yearss ago. But nada :look:. Last time I tried biotin i had those hard spots by day 4!

I straightened a portion of the back of my hair and its APL! Half an inch past actually but in need of a little trim which I'll do in Jan. I can tell that 2019 is gonna be the year of some serious gains. I now anticipate hitting BSL in the back and middle. The front/sides are about that struggle-life so I'll stick to a APL target.

It’s a bark/leaf at the end of a tree,located in India..I have been using it in tablet form for the past couple weeks months..I started with 2 a day but that was to much, my blood pressure had dropped down to 90/80..I now only take it 1x a day,at bedtime..I check my blood pressure daily just to make sure everything is ok..If you decide to try it,make sure it contains the bark & leaf..

*The brand I take is-
Himalaya “Arjuna”

You can get it from “Swanson’s” or any vitamin Store..

Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I think I need to look into some heart care vitamins about now, especially ones to control my blood pressure. I will look into this one @Lita .

I'm alittle past collarbone length toward the back and right at collarbone length at the front when stretch, and shoulder length un-streched i would like to reach about boob length by the end of the year :)!
2.) Any of the vitamins or supplements you're using for the health of your hair (or body in general): Mane choice hair vitamins and MSM is all I'm gonna take this year besides my usual liquid B12
3.) How long you intend to take the vitamins for: The whole Year :)

Which ones are morning and which evening? I split mine but not really systematically.

I've split them out based on trial and error (how my tummy feels) and the ones that give me energy etc are in the AM.
Once I'm out of the maxi hair and biotin, I plan on taking the nature bounty gummies 2xs a day (total 4 gummies)

AM:
Vit D3 5000 iu
Folic acid 800 mcg
Vit C 1000mg with rose hips
Black seed oil
Liquid biotin *not repurchasing

That makes sense. I'm trying to take anything heavy in B-vitamins in the morning for that reason. And the magnesium in the PM.

2/3 dose of my prenatal caplets: Rainbow Light - Prenatal Petite Mini-Tabs
