@Aggie Thank you..I tend to switch up my MSM..I might go back to Jarrows or Dr.Best next..In the summer I used Trimedica switch to Kala..Kala is a great brand,but it’s time to change again..

Okay gotcha @Lita! Lemme go search for this Kala brand you speak of...

ETA: Found them but not strong enough for me per serving.

I'll take the prenatal and fish oil with lunch.

Took my vits Wednesday and half took them Thursday.

So far today with OJ:

Magnesium

I've started the 2019 goal of trying to eat better along the lines of the Mediterranean diet so that I get a good dose of the above in food form. So far so good, and it's pretty easy.

When taking your daily vitamins.....

is it more so building a habit and being strict to take it daily until its almost impossible to forget?

or is there a simple hack/trick so you remember to take your vitamins daily?

I think it’s about building a habit. I usually take mine in the morning, but if I forget or run out of time, I take them at night before I go to bed.

@TamaraShaniece I try to build it into a routine so that I don't even have to think (much) about it. Otherwise, it gets erratic and I don't keep track of what I took and when.

Speaking of which, today I deviated from the routine because of gastro issues. So I avoided all supplements until just now, when took 1 each of:

Prenatal
Fish Oil
MSM
Viviscal
Magnesium.

Plus the nightly bamboo tea.
