Overall experience with Phytophanere is great. I've also used PhytoSpecific.
Will probably always keep Phytophanere in rotation (they're good).

I have some Nioxin and some Viviscal to use as well for the remainder of 2019 with 10,000 mcg's of Biotin and 900 mcgs Bamboo extract

I know I said I was gonna start taking nioxin but I’m actually gonna take Mielle organics. The bottle I gave expired a couple months ago so I’m gonna use that up first and then go to nioxin

I am joining this challenge, I have been taking a daily multivitamin for the last year, but I want to kick up my routine.

1. Your current length and the length you hope the vitamins will help you achieve (or other goal that you wish to achieve)

My goal is to transition from the damaged ends. Currently at HL, I want to keep cutting up every few months until I am satisfied with the state of the ends. I do not have a goal length, anything beyond WL of healthy hair is great for me.

2. Any of the vitamins or supplements you're using for the health of your hair (or body in general)

- Alive once a day women's multivitamin gummies
-Calcium
-Magnesium
-Vitamin C 1000 mg
-Liquid Biotin 5000 mcg
-MSM 1000 mg
-Collagen Peptides
-Swanson Bamboo extract 300 mg

3.) How long you intend to take the vitamins for
for or the remaining of the year minimum.

Added saw palmetto, zinc, magnesium and folic acid to my daily vitamins. I’m taking these for health reasons but I’ve read that they might help with hair shedding (didn’t read that about folic acid though). Took all of those and Mielle organics last night

I have been taking my supplements, I am experimenting with the collagen peptides. I added it to tea, did not care for the after taste. In coffee it's much more easier to hide and it's almost unnoticeable.

Remembered to take my vitamins over the weekend!! I sent a text to myself that I left unread. So whenever I checked my phone I saw my text reminding me to take my vitamins!
