*sigh* I haven't been taking my vitamins at all. Some of them I actually need to take because of deficiencies but I HATE taking vitamins. I just hate it. But I'm trying to get in the habit of taking them because skipping out on them has not gone well for me like my hair is falling out. Going to get one of those weekly pill trays and set an alarm to remind me to take these dang pills. ugh.

I've started the Phytophanere phase of my pill popping. I've had success with it in the past, so I'm hopeful
As I look back on the Viviscal days, I have to say it definitely gave my hair growth a boost. I didn't notice it at first, and I was less than consistent, but my hair has thickened up some in addition to decent growth. It has not, and cannot, regrow my hairline without further medical help (due to auto-immune issues), but I'll give Viviscal its due. I'll go into maintenance mode and pop just one a day, separate from the Phyto. I'm afraid to go cold turkey off the Viviscal.

I can't get it together with these vitamins y'all. Can I crush the vitamins and take them that way? I struggle to swallow these vitamins and I feel like I am going to choke half the time, especially with the calcium/vit D vitamin that I have to take. It makes me not want to bother. Any recommendations for liquid vitamins?

I've been taking my probiotic regularly and that's about it. I did purchase some liquid vitamins - biotin and calcium/vitamin D. Also bought MSM crystals. Hopefully, they will arrive tomorrow so I can start taking them then.

Just got my liquid vitamins in the mail today! I bought bitoin, MSM crystals, and Calcium w/ Magnesium and vitamin D. I took all three and drank a little orange juice afterward. Sooooo for the MSM crystals it says to dissolve them in warm water and drink that. This tastes terrible! Ugh its so awful. But I know sulfur is good for overall health so I am going to stick with it.
The liquid biotin and Calcium/vit D weren't bad at all. Much much easier for me than pills.

I’ve been taking my liquid calcium/vit D and biotin supplements daily. Fell off taking the probiotic since it is a pill and the MSM crystals because it tastes awful.
Looking for a chewable iron supplement but not having much luck. May end up getting the Flintsones iron supplement instead.

Been consistently taking my vitamins. I have about two weeks of nioxin left and I'm not sure if I want to repurchase. I can't get with $40 a box. I'd have to wait until there's a buy 2 get 1 free sale and stock up.

Think I might go back to Beautifully Bamboo since I got a 25% code in my email today

Still taking my vitamins and seeing good results. My nails are still weak but they are growing at a good rate, hope they will strengthen over time. I’m shocked that my edges are growing back to the point that it looks like I have baby hair.

Still taking my supplements, however I still can't find a way to take in the collagen peptides without been bothered with the after taste, tried tea, coffee... Nothing seems to work yet.

Started taking MSM crystals again today. Ugh this stuff still tastes so terribly bitter. Had to chug it down like a shot. Thankfully there's not much of an after taste. May have to go back to the pills for that one.
