I was going to just shampoo and condition my hair today but I decided to go to a salon this time. I'm under the dryer now.

I got a loc detox, shampoo, DC, and retwist. I'm thinking about having your stylist to give me an updo because It's so hot in the south, I dont think I want to wear my hair "down".

I have plans to take my crochet braids out. Hopefully Saturday.

Detangle all the shed hair out with Bekura Beauty Moon Oil Serum, then wash my scalp with my bentonite clay mixture, followed by a deep conditioner ( not sure yet) with my redew steamer or lil steamer cap from Myhoneychild, then a light leave in( maybe) and trying out Hydracare Curlformer for a washngo.

Not in the mood for anything hair at the moment but this is the 3rd week not doing anything to her so I know this week is my limit so I will have to do something even if I just shampoo it standing up in the shower.

I just got me a 16 oz bottle of Dudley's DRC 28 and a huge tub of Dudley's Cream Protein that I might use. Not sure yet though because my grays are screaming at me for some color as well. I sure hope I get over this hair lazy feeling soon.

@Aggie would you say you like Dudley’s better than Aphogee?
@blazingbeauty, yes I do. Dudley's is way better in my honest opinion. It smells better too. It is runny but I wear a conditioning cap and I only need 15 minutes with heat.

It can only be used once every 6-8 weeks so it's pretty strong and need a softening DC afterwards. My hair stays strong and breakage is stopped in it's tracks if there are any.

I got started late last night with a Sedr hair wash/mask then a Henna/Indigo mask with Marshmallow root and butters. I left that on overnight. I Planned to wake up early and rinse/dc/rinse but my 3 year old was up so i got the henna rinsed but not the DC. The kids are napping now. I have a turban on my head over plastic wrap. At this rate I will just d/c the whole day, I will add in some aveda d/c for doo measure I suppose then rinse this evening and style.

I just bought a really pretty head wrap it isn't here yet which is a same it is pretty enough I would wear it all weekend. Should be here by next week!

I shampooed using my Bambu shampoo on braided hair. I am not doing anything else since I'm trying low to no manipulation of my hair for the rest of the year and maybe all of next year as well.

I did this several years ago and my hair grew from 6 inches to APL in a year. I'll detangle with an oil rinse maybe just once a month only. Back to basics I go :yep:.

Currently trying to save my hair from protein overload after my little Joico Reconstructor + EVCO "experiment" went horribly wrong lol, but it's turning around a lot quicker than I thought it would, so that's good.

D/C: Joico Moisture Recovery Balm w/ a plastic cap overnight
