STEP 1-
Section you’re hair in anywhere from 4 to 12 sections depending on the density and length of your hair.

STEP 2-Starting at the back bottom nape of your head let down one section and apply the Nothing Buttah Leave-in starting at the ends of hair and massage your way up towards the root.

STEP 3– Now apply The Around The Way Gelstarting at the end of hair and massage up toward the root over the Nothing Butt-ah Leave-in. (Like product layering)

STEP 4– Use your fingers as a comb through the roots down to the ends in a perpendicular stroking emotion (Side and bottom or top and side). Once your fingers a sliding through easily the product is worked in. *You are feeling for no knots and no tangles as you stroke your fingers through your hair.

*** depending on the density and the length of your hair you are using anywhere from a nickel to a quarter size amount of each product while working it in. If you’re hair dries out during the application you may spray water on each section prior to adding Nothing Butt-ah Leave-in and The Around The Way Gel.

STEP 5– drying! Air drying is best however for a better set it is best to sit under a dryer or use a diffuser until completely dry. This style can last up to 5 to 7 days at minimum and for some can go up to over two weeks!

STEP 6– Sleeping! I recommend a set and bonnet or a satin pillow case for sleeping. if your hair is long you can pin it up into a loose ponytail, (pineapple) nothing to tight!

STEP 7– Refreshing! Use the Tress Re-Wind to help refresh your tresses the next day, simply mist over there hair lightly, smoothing and scrunching your curls back into place. For added shine after five minutes apply the Healthy Tresses Oil Blend daily as needed.

I do this with a few products to maximize moisture. I use a liquid leave-in, cream, then two types of gel. Now that I wrote that out, I may be doing too much.

What I took from my OP was to finger detangle more. I don't do the 7 steps as written, I pull what works for me. I wanted to order her products, but they were $$$, IMO.
