Revision: I’m going to establish a designated wash (shampoo) day. It doesn’t have to be every Sunday, but at some point during each week I need to decide on which day of the weekend I will wash my hair. Then I can put it in my planner and actually do it.

I will continue to cowash throughout the week, but having a designated wash day really gives me a designated deep conditioning day, and I want to be more consistent with deep conditioning.

Reflection: Squishing in products and scrunching has been working well for my hair.
