Hit: Bolero Coconut Aloe Vera Shampoo. Wasn't blown away per se but my hair was soft.

Miss:
- Lusti Hair Mayonnaise. No the most moisturizing and left much to be desired. Also left my face and arms kind of itchy upon rinsing.
- Ruining my water-only progress by using the above. Curiosity killed the cat. Didn't intend to be 100% water-only but the stretch between full washes was going quite nicely and my hair felt way softer w/ no product than it did using these recent products. Go figure.

Ok, the shampoo is more of a hit than I thought. Decided to reset my hair last night using only the shampoo during the wash. I shampooed twice and my hair wasn't dry at all. It also leave my scalp feeling nice which is amazing considering it contains sulfates. Downside is there were no more bottles of any variety on the shelf lol.

Hit: aphogee 2 step. Yes I'm like a decade late, lol. I never tried it until this week. I always thought I was protein sensitive so I avoided this product like the plague. My hair feels soft but strong after using it.
I loved this too when I was using it but now I have Nairobi Nairo-Plex which works the same way. I have not yet used it though. I can't wait to report how my hair responds to this one.

Ugh this has been in my stash for a while, I brought it out to play and it is amazing me.... what is it you ask??

My Miracle Moisture Product

It defines my curls and brings back to life brittle needs a wash hair.

I love this. I will get 2-3 at the next sale..... gonna have to say goodbye to the pricey qhemet stuff I've been using.... I'm finding that my hair is coated and hard with them....

Does anyone else like this???

I rarely use it but when I do I use it under the Braid out sealing glaze from this line. Very good together

Hits:
Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind Cowash. It's very hydrating and when I add more water to my hair after applying it suds up a little.

Briogeo Don't Despair DC. Can't remember if I listed this last month or not. But a good protein DC that I don't need a lot of to detangle. That's a big plus because this is expensive and a little goes a long way.

I like it but I can’t tolerate the fragrance.

New hits.

NaturelleGrow Indian Rose Clay Cowash and Deep conditioner. Both do exactly as they say. Impact moisture.

Hit

PJN Whipped Creamy FSG Buttercreme on my own damp hair. Softening and smells so good.

Miss
something caused grit in my hair. Not sure if it was an Ayurvedic herb or I didn’t rinse all the conditioner out.

Hits:
* Tresemme Botanique conditioner (I will neverrrr leave it again lol): my leave-in for my WnGs.

* Camille Rose Buritti Nectar repair oil: Keep my scalp from feeling dry and itchy. Smells amazing too!
* As I am Coconut cowash, but even betterrrr.... the Dry and Itchy Scalp Care. My hair and scalp feel clean, but not stripped.
* Keracare Curl Moisturizing Coco Water. Made 3rd day hair using this. My hair was sooo soft.
* Mielle Organics Pomegranate and Honey Curl Refreshing Spray. O.M.G. I used to think refreshing sprays didn't work for me. This is definitely a game changer. My hair was super moisturized and soft, I couldn't stop touching it. And it smells so good!
* Mielle Organics Honey and Ginger gel. This gel is so moisturizing and my curls were super defined and soft. It does not have a strong hold so we'll see how many days I get out this.

Miss:
The Mane Choice Crystal Orchid Biotin Infused Gel. My curls were poppin! But it's wayyy too drying and sticky and foams up in a weird way to me

Hit????
Denman 7 row brush.
I ordered it on a whim on Christmas eve, and did my hair that night (wash n go), and didn't like the results. It was a definite miss.
However, there were factors (like using the shea moisture curl enhancer and my hair being too wet) that could have been a factor,

So I tried it the next morning with a different gel and got beautiful, fluffy *shrunken* results.

I now know that this brush will take some time to figure out how to get the best curls from it, but I'm happy, my curls look great, and I'm excited to experiment again.

Cont'd Hit:

Keracare Moisturizing and Detangling Shampoo - this stuff is so good - leaves hair soft and not stripped at all.

NEW HIT:

Nairobi Pamper Pak Moisturizing Treatment - This DC has a balance of silk amino acid and moisture ingredients like Sodium PCA in it that leaves my hair soft with a hint of strength to it. I used it alone, no other DC and it seems to have controlled breakage, so it's a winner for me.
