My goals are to:

1. Keep my hair healthy under my fall
2. Wash hair once a week (which can be hard to do in college)
3. Achieve BSL by Fall '08
4. Keep my ends healthy, thick, and trimmed!
5. Exercise 4-5 times a week
6. Continue taking my vitamins every day
7. Get a relaxer and trim every 3 months
8. Continue to drink tons of water

  • Stick to my regimen. It works!
  • Oil my ends
  • Transition into self-styling
  • Grow out my layers
  • Whenever I think I need a trim, start wearing my hair curly

1. To be diehard serious about bootcamp2008
2. No splits = no trims.
3. To accept what I have. If my hair's thinner then so be it. I'm not whacking off my hair by three inches just to appease other people. As long as it's healthy and healthy-looking I'm good.:yep:
4. I won't indulge my PJ. Now I will admit I LOVE myself some Chi products but not everything works for everyone. I will stick to what works for my hair and venture out only when I have the means.
5. Wear my hair down every now and again
6. To continue to take my regular vitamins, eat healthier and wash once ever 1-2 weeks.
7. Moisturize and oil daily or as needed
8. LEAVE IT ALONE for a bit and let it do it's thang.

I had a freak out moment about the thin hair, but my arse has since calmed down...

Let the thin hair do what it do baby....and leave it alone..it'll come around when it's ready...

Hmmm...I'm going to tame myself also and not buy so many hair products...I'm going to use what works and stick to it. Also I'm going to dust my ends only when needed...not on a schedule like I use to. Also I'm going to let a hair stylist do my relaxers only...tired of doing my own relaxers...:ohwell:

Stop wearing wigs becauses the wig cap is damaging my edges.
Take my vitamins
Drink 64 or more ounces of water a day
Massge my scalp
Find one product line and stick to simple hair regimine.
Eat healther so that hair grows
Be stress free....

To finally K.I.S.S :kisslips:
If the products I have set for as my staples in my K.I.S.S regimen start to fail me I will go back to the gaggle of products I already have to see if they will solve the problem before buying more (too many to name)

my resoulution is to get back to concentrating on the length of my hair. i'm getting back on with the growht aids and braids to lessen the manipulation. my hair should be APL by June.

:yep:I have to go back to basics. I'll be following Cathy Howse's routine; watching hair every 3-4 days and rollersetting

:yep:Minimal product usage

:rolleyes:Only buying core products--I'll try!

:spinning:Not to spend so much $$$ on products or appliances

Full APL then BSL (or as close to it as possible)! I know I can do it if I stay focused!!! Yay-uh (sorry, I've been watching Dave Chappelle reruns)!

I also used to be ashamed of how thick my hair was. Now I love it and I want to get even thicker in '08!!!

-Learn to rollerset or go to salons more often for rollersets
-Keep hair strands strong with protein treatments, but
-Keep hair cuticles smooth and supple with weekly deep conditioning treatments
-Dust ever 2 months to AVOID TRIMS!
-MAKE HAIR GOAL AT LAST!

I traditionally start my resolutions early (December).

  1. Stick to my new regimen
  2. Not set any length goals for 1 year (until November 2008)

I will start monitoring growth starting from today, Jan 1, 2008. This is only so I can see how well sticking to this regimen works for me.

So far so good......

1. To continue doing what I'm doing. It's working for me so far.
2. To reach bra strap length. I'm almost there. I think that I might actually reach it in early February. That's when I go for my next touch up.
