What multivitamin do you like? I'm looking for a new multivitamin and would like a list to start off my search.

Edited to ask: If possible can you please post about how much it costs and where you usully purchase it from? Thanks!

I realize that this may belong on the Health and Fitness board but I figured more people read and post on this board.

A great kick
multi vitamin is Solaray twice daily mulit. Jade recommended this brand to me when I was looking for a different multi b/c pp greensource started to make me itch all over. It is packed with great stuff, a full b-complex in it. I ordered my from totaldiscountvitamins.com. Check it out if you have a chance. The pills are a good medium size and you just have to take two.

I need to re-up my multivitamin supply, but when I take them I buy the Duane Reade version of Centrum. They have everthing and are pretty cheap - I think $10 or even less.

i saw this at the supermarket but i was unsure of whether anyone took it. i just wanted to take it in conjunction of the pp biotin pills to get the b-vitamims i need. it was also almost 10 dollars so i wasnt sure if should buy it. God bless you all.

Here's the link to the multi I'm taking at the moment:

Its pretty power packed so I like it. I order mine from a pharmacy. i forgot what I paid. It wasn't cheap. I think it was about $35 ish (or more) for 180 tablets. There is a site though that jade21 showed me where I can get it for less.

Hi Daviine,

I use Spring Valley Sentury-Vite. I get them from Wal-mart and my bottle contains 130 tablets for $4 and some change. They have the same ingredients as Centrum with Lutein. I've been using them for over two years.
HTH!!

Lala,

Could you tell me the amount and form (beta-carotene, retynil, palmitate, etc.) of Vitamin A in the SeaSilver multivitamin?

Thanks!

Tee, they don't list the amounts, but this is the info that I got from their site: SeaSilver FAQs

Question:
Why don't you list the amounts of each vitamin and mineral on the bottle of Seasilver™?

Answer:
Seasilver™, being a whole food product, does not contain any synthetic nutrients. Nature cares about balance, not potency. The key to nature is its unique ability to always balance the ration of vitamins to macro minerals, to trace minerals, to amino acids, to enzymes. Potency in nature will vary. This is why you never see the amount of nutrients listed on foods in the produce section of your grocery store. We know oranges contain Vitamin C. If you pick 10 oranges off the same tree, they will all have a different amount of Vitamin C, but the ration of nutrients one to another will be the same, in nature's perfect balance. That's the secret to Seasilver™'s effectiveness.

IMO, that's really not an answer, but I'm liking them so far b/c of the liquid form. If anyone else has a good liquid multivitamin that's comparable, I'd like to try it.

I've experienced the same symptoms. I have asthma, but a friend of mine who takes seasilver noticed that her asmtha symptoms were more severe when she ran out. She reordered over the weekend. I wish I could find a hair vitamin in liquid form. I don't take them b/c I can't do pills.

Flinstones Kids.

Yup the kids chewables. I'm 32 by the way. I take 2 or 3 every day.
I figured out that since these are what I took as a child when my hair was growing off the chain! They'd be good now too.

Sometimes I also take regular Centrum
and I also take folic acid supplements since it's good for so many things.
