First time using Maxiglide and SMB (pics)

I have not updated my fotki in a long time. But I just got my maxiglide and wanted to see how it worked. It got my hair so straight! I love it! The key is to use small sections. I also used my sabino moisture block samples. So far it seems to be holding up really well. I did my workout yesterday and it didn't really revert. I will be leaving soon for today's workout. I will take more pics at the end of the week so you can see how my hair held up after 6 2hr workouts.

I started my transition in nov of 2002. So I have not had a relaxer in 5 and a half years. This is the longest my hair has ever been.

It has gotten darker over the years. I don't really like it because it seems to never shine and always look dry...like dead grass....lol. Back when I still relaxed my hair guy told me that my type and color of hair absorbs light instead of reflecting it and thats why it doesn't shine.

Thanks! I am a type 4a/b. I started transitioning in nov of 2002. So 5 and 1/2 years.

Wow, that interesting, but you could never tell this by your pics.
