I usually wrap my hair Motions foam and i have for years but I'm down to my last little bit and I want to try something new. What are some good ones out there. TIA

I like Narobi Foam Wrap lotion and it works great every time and does not leave your hair crunchy. This one is always sold out in most salons and customers buy three to four bottles at a time.

BBD Butter Foam Wrap lotion is a little bit more expensive but worth every penny.
This one really does leave your hair feeling like butter.
The ingredient are not listed on the bottle either.

Kera Care and Jane Carter have really good ones. They were my favorites in my relaxed days.

OP: I dilute Lottabody and add a couple drops of EVOO. So far so good.

So1913, you are so pretty and I love your hair.

Lottabody Creamwrap. It has the consistency of vanilla pudding and a little goes a loooooong way. It dries your hair much, much faster than any liquid setting lotion.

Nu Expressions is very good by Bronner Brothers. Silk Elements is good too from Sally's. That is my back up when I run out of the previous one. Let us know what you decide on.

Actress Malinda Williams RAVES about Keracare. Here's an excerpt from her Essence bridal blog,

"I pretty much only use two products; Keracare foaming wrap set lotion by Avalon and the TIGI wax stick. Now, I can sub a different wax for styling purposes, but do not by any means bring me any other foam. I have used this same foam everyday for over twelve years and believe me, it is the best. My hair doesn't dry out or break off, it simply shines and performs it own little dance. If for some reason I get in a jam, Jane Carter and Kim Kimble both make great foams as well but God save me if Avalon ever discontinues their foam."

When I'm done with motions, I'm switching to Keracare myself

KeraCare, hands down. It leaves the hair so moisturized, silky and bouncy. I also have the Design Essentials one and it's no where near as good. Nothing I've tried works like the KeraCare.

Another vote for Nairobi. It's the best one I've tried thus far. Which reminds me, I need to go and stock up on some bottles

That Motions has alcohol in it, so you may want to drop that soon. You will like the KeraCare.

Now keep in mind that KeraCare has 2 kinds of foam and 1 liquid setting lotion. The ones in bold are the ones we're talking about.

KeraCare Wrap & Set Lotion (foam)

KeraCare Wrap & Set Lotion Extra Firm (foam)
KeraCare Setting Lotion (liquid)

Thanks for the tips ladies. Im going to the bss this week to check out some of the foams mentioned. Hopefully I can get some samples or trial size bottles. I think I have a sample packet of ORS at home so i'll use that first and see how it works out.

I use diluted Lottabody. Works for me.
I want to try the Aphogee one as well.

You know I put some of that diluted lottabody in an empty bottle that had some foam in it and wouldn't you know that it seems that it's partially the bottle itself that makes the product foam up. I keep mine in that bottle so that when I use it is comes out as a foam.
