Yes, Me and my daughters use it. You should check out the Eqyss website. Most of their hair/coat products are cross over for human use. HTH

I have it, and I don't use it. 
I haven't figured out how to work it into my reggie. And now, I can't remember which one is too much protein for my hair - the Rehydrant, or the Avocado Mist. *thinks* Nope, totally can't remember. There is a lot of discussion about it in this thread, though.

I have both the Avocado Mist and the Rehydrant Spray. My hair prefers the Avocado Mist but i have both and will use them both.

I have it, and I don't use it.
I think remember reading in this thread: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=225985&highlight= that the Avocado Mist is the one with more protein.
