1 Year Already....Thanks LHCF..Video

This month marked 1 year of the start of my healthy hair journey.....Looking at old pictures and watching my hair grow and gain thickness was amazing....

The down side is I watched my weight go UP and Down through out the year....One big roller coaster that I want off of....This cant be healthy for my body or my heart....Big wake up call before the holidays...Traycee Don't gain that extra weight I gained last year during this time of year... :nono:

Anyways moving on to something more positive..One Year since I found LHCF...Check out my one year video

WOW is all I have to say. I cant believe you've made that much progress in a year.. Im visiting your fotki to find out the secret. Question how did you repair your hair? Right now I have severly damaged thin hair and im finding it so hard to repair it. It just keeps breaking despite my efforts..

clipping bad ends..Saying goodbye to heat untill my hair got healthy..deep conditioning a couple times a week,air drying...Bunning most of the time ..Low manlipulation ...stretching relaxers from 8-12 weeks...Dusting ends monthly..

Supplements..MSM, Biotin

You progress has been incredible for one year. I have a goal of waist length by the end of next year (WL in 09). Thank you for the inspiration that I can do it.

Its funny, I joined the BSL in 2009 challenge and I'm a 6mths to a year early. hehehe...
