Wait... this thread is old, what happened?

Please don't make Al00fone start an OT forum on Youtube cause I will... The first topics would be "When you Bathe (with demos)," "The Media Hates Darkskinned Babies" and "Do You Like To Look (with examples)" :sekret: :giggle:

That is if I learn how to use a camera:perplexed

I have a youtube account. Right now I am just doing random Vlogs, some responses and tracking my fitness goals there. But I'd be willing to make a vid or two about something hair related... Not sure what but maybe baggying? Airdrying? The purpose of protective styling? Cowashing? I have no idea but I could do simple stuff like that. :look: If anyone would watch.

LadyKaypnyc posts lots of vids for naturals. Even though I'm really on the fence about going natural myself, I have to say her vids are really good.

Making videos is really easy. You can do as much or as little as you want when putting your vids together and editing. Mine are very simple direct connect vids. Meaning I connect to youtube and do a direct stream of video on to the website.I just hit the upload button and let them figure out how to get it up there and everything. Rather than feeding it to my computer editing then uploading. My webcam is built into my laptop though so that makes it really easy. I lost the disk that came with my regular camera so I can only take short vids and upload them to youtube. No editing there. :( But most computers also have Windows Movie Maker and that makes it easy to edit videos and create effects and stuff. Then you have a finished product that you are uploading. So there are alot of options for uploading.

As the video owner or uploader you can block users, block comments, delete comments, and respond on each video and on your channel as well. So for the most part you dont have to worry about haters ruining your vids or channel. Or you can take your chances and just see what happens like I do :lachen:Its not the wisest idea but it is the easiest. :)

If anyone has any questions let me know and I'll help you out as much as I can as far as youtube goes. :)

I'm coming out with videos soon bc my parents just bought me a camera. I think people will enjoy seeing the growth from scratch because I know I can appreciate that. Its kinda weird to take advice from someone who already has the length that I want because I don't know how they got there. But, when its someone first starting out on their journey you get to experience everything they go through.

The videos won't only be about my hair but local events, makeup, kinda of a vlog.

I did a vid about myths. Its not great and I didn't get to cover everything I wanted to cover but I hope it helps explain a few things. Let me know what you guys think. I promise my feelings won't be hurt if you don't like it. I would definately like the feedback to help make future episodes (if there are any) better. Thanks in advance! :look:
