What is it in B complex that helps the hair grow?

I believe after 2 weeks or something. All I remember is that I had a fresh touch up and my bangs were on my nose and in two months for my next relaxer my hair was hitting my chin. This is how I knew this product was working. I think I was getting an inch a month with this product.

I've never put vitamins in my hair care products. I swallow them as directed.

i just picked up the nature made B complex, i was looking for the super, but i tried three different stores and they only had the b complex. should i should return the one i bought and keep looking for the super, or are they about the same?
