Anyone still using OCT and MT or MN?

Miconazole Nitrate. It's the active ingredient in Monistat. Don't buy Monistat--it's too expensive. You can get the generic version from Wal-Mart, Family Dollar, or Dollar General. You can also order the generic online.
Some people get headaches from it (I do) some don't. I find mixing in a little bit of oil (my mix is 1 oz. oil + 5 oz. MN) takes care of the headache problem.
Do a search on Miconazole Nitrate and you should come up with a couple of threads with ideas on how other people mix it.

Yes, I am still Mega-Tekking. In Fact, I just purchased a Bottle. They had a Coupon for $5.00 off until 08-30.
MT has been a really good product to me and for me. It is something I will always have.
Unfortunately, It gets a bad rap (which goes to show, everything ain't for everybody). Personally, I have never had Shedding etc, if anything, it made my hair stronger and healthier..so it will always be my "boo"

The shedding people are talking about, I have not experienced. Maybe its because I cook with garlic.. dunno.

We want to see pics. BTW your hair is fab.I use it when I texlax. Its cheaper than my OCT.

I have found the more oil you add the less shedding you will have. I add Amla oil to mines..
