Free Phyto!!!!

Due to the story below Hairboutique sent me a box free of charge!!! It is astory of my phyto attempt! But after complaining about the service That is what they did!


It was a hard road to take! I didn't think I was going to make it! It actually got here on time!


BUT when it arrived I opened the small box that it ws packaged in from www.hairboutique.com!!! What no samples again (I didn't get samples the last time)!! I thought yall said they give free samples!! And I have sent customers their way! I even talked to the man before b/c I had to order by phone and he said that they were going to put some in their! But that was the least of my worries!!!
I jumped in the car and was on my way with my Phyto box in my hand the whole time!! I decided I need to open the box while driving over to the stylist! SO what do I see???? NO MILKY RECONSTRUCTOR!! What the fuss is going on????? 2 strikes for hairboutique!!! What was I too do???? You know I spent $65.64 on this relaxer I think every thing should be there and then some!!!


So now I am stocked up I have a full box and a half! I have 3 more relaxers!!!!!!!

That was nice of them. Dont ya love free stuff? Watch now, I bet a whole bunch of other people will have "missing" reconstructors. LOL!

Ditto! Those in the service industry who practice good customer service, definitely get my repeat business. I'm glad they did right by you SweetPeaDST.

Me too Mo,. I was thinking I was about to get some free Phtyo stuff. Thanks for getting my hopes up and letting me down Sweetpea :(

SweetPea, i was upset i didn't get any free samples either. (like they owed it to me or something... ;) ) Everybody else say the ALWAYS get some...but why not me??? I was a little disappointed. No more phyto for me.....I'm going back to Mizani. :ohwell:

Why may I ask? Your siggy says phyto lover! How many applications have you done? Do you feel a difference in the overall health of your hair?? I thought they owed it to me b/c everybody said that got them!!

hey sweetpea! well i dont have a good reason to be honest. I've only tried the phyto once which was early feb. And it was applied by my sister instead of a professional. So needless to say, since i only applied it once...no i don't see a difference in the overall health of my hair. I REALLY SHOULD give it another try...but the price is the only reason why i won't. I just think that reason I jumped the bandwagon is because alot of ladies were saying that phyto produced better silkier results than other relaxers. But in my opinion mizani relaxes just as well as phyto. Now i'm hearing that phyto is supposed to be milder, safer, lower ph and will improve the overall health of your hair. And there is no REAL CLINICAL proof of this. If this proof surfaces, then i'll switch back to Phyto, but I just can't justify spending an extra $50 on a relaxer if it produces the same result.

I mean don't get me wrong, i LOVED the results....but i love the results of mizani as well. Also i got an decent amount of after-relaxer shedding. which i think it was because i let my sister put the relaxer in, but then again...who knows.....

So anyways... How many times have u used phyto? did u notice an overall difference in your hair? if clinical proof can surface, or if alot of women can testify to this, then it'll justify using Phyto forever. (because of overall hair's health, not because it produces better silkier results.)

I get what your are saying!! In one of those threads they said after the 3rd application you will see the difference! so I have 1 1/2 boxes (3 applications) to go through and if I don't feel it is worth i after then I will switch back to Mizani mysef!
