Okay, now I see why I didn't post this before. I was all done w/ my post and then I lost it. So this one will probably be brief compared to the one I had. Sorry. Anyhoo. I take this alfalfa from http://www.t-tapp.com/store/shopexd.asp?id=46 . Initially ppl take it to help w/ cellulite but found out that it increases hair growth ( I had a grey hair double its size in like 6 weeks. it went from about 3/4inch to twice that size), promotes HGH production (which helps the abs stay small, and builds lean muscle mass, I noticed this when I was on it), and helps the liver detoxify itself. I had all of this all cut and pasted so pretty, now you all will have to look up the stuff on your own. It took me twenty minutes to find it and the forum locked up on me. Anyhoo this should get you started. The first one is the actual search page. Oh and I can’t vouch for all other brands of alfalfa. I know some can cause weight gain, but this one doesn’t in most b/c it is a different grade. (somewhere in the articles they’ll explain this). The last three are from her newsletter archive. The only reason why I noticed the hair growth was b/c I had just found my first grey hair and was shocked to see how fast it had grown. I didn’t think to measure it b/c I am no longer looking for hair growth.
