Air Drying - High Porosity Hair

My hair takes forever to air dry a wash-n-go, between 6-8 hours and if its twisted it takes longer than that!

Does this mean I have high or low porosity hair? Or does drying time having nothing to do with porosity?

Even when I used my diffuser on twists the hair wasn't dry. It's getting annoying and makes styling difficult.

I think long drying times are usually more indicative of low porosity hair. I have low porosity hair, and it takes at least a day to air-dry when loose, and pretty much never dries at all if I put it in a bun, for example.

What about hair that takes long to dry and a long time to wet in the shower? What is considered a long time to dry when airdrying loose? I find that my ends dry in maybe 30 minutes, but my roots take hours to wet and dry.
