I discovered this young lady and her videos some time ago and I sincerely believe that she is on to something.

I agree that alopecia must be conquered from the inside out. I am planning on taking notes from her videos and begin implementing a better diet and lifestyle.

No, haven't ordered the book. Healthy diet paradise is pretty comprehensive so I just use the website. Lots of yummy recipes and good information.
