Has anyone recovered from this immune disease ? If so, could you share how?

Are you referring to alopecia areata?

Yes. I know they say there isn't a cure , but wanted to hear some stories on it.

I am recovering SLOWLY from it. I have started taking Diatomaceous Earth for ten days on and ten days off for over a month and I see significant improvement!
My goal is to eat more of a plant based diet. I have seen on Youtube those with severe alopecia regrow their hair by doing so.

Hi, could you tell me how does this work? And if you come off of it, does the hair stay?

I haven't been consistent enough to give an accurate account. However I did notice a change in my hair and some growth in my bald spot.
