Take out two strand twists, detangle, wash, protein treatment, then DC with heat. May or may not try these wave formers we'll see if I'm up to it, lol.

My hair had been rreally tangeled this week, it stems from my DC from last week, which was werid. I added a treatment pack which may have been the reason becasue everything else i did was pretty routine.

I did a neem hair oil treatment with essential oils tonight. Tomorrow I will for a Cassia and Curls treatment the last time I did this it was really good for my hair. It gave a lot of moisture and definition.

After I will do the Vatika Garlic treatment. I will have to go pick it up.

Then Paul Mitchell leave in, coconut oil then either aloe or flaxseed gel. Four braids and air dry.

I'm doing a full henna treatment on clean dry hair for maximum absorption. I'll do another mid week followed by indigo. It's been so long since I did one.

Got it done, I need to go back to my Sedr, Cassia, Deep conditioning. I can see that that was the key for my first quarter success.

I did do the Cassia/Amla/Aloe vera (No wash before/Sedr), then rinsed and applied the wild catus Vatika with Honey nourishing hair mask. rinsed. Applied Paul Mitchell the Detangler comb out and done.

I use flax seed gel this time, I hope my hair id dry in the morning.

The mixture of Cassia, Aloe vera, and amla really detangles my hair. I don't know why, it was so tangled when i started but it was easy to detangle during the rinse out of this first step.
