Each day contains a passage from the Old Testament, the New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs. Simply select the month and translation of your choice, then click on the date to link to the passages for the day.

The website lets you start where you are by letting you select the date you want to start and modifying the plan for you so you don't have to start on Jan 1.

The One Year Bible daily audio readings consist of passages from the Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs. This arrangement of Scripture brings variety and a fresh approach to each day’s reading, while providing a clear understanding of the Bible’s larger message.

This is a resource I just discovered. This is the audio version of the one year bible reading plan. The only negatives are that the dates can't be modified to fit your current reading schedule. Also, the audio is only posted for the day before, day of, and day after so no going back/skipping.

I also like that there is a brief commentary before each the old and new testament readings. Each overall daily reading is about a total of 15 mins of time a day.

Just came across this resource. It looks like it follows the one year bible plan. There may be alot of commentary as well because each one seems to be about 40 mins total.

It also looks like it allows you to go back to dates but it doesn't allow you to move forward past the current date. There's also a resource for psalms and proverbs and it lets you read the daily audio scriptures as well.

I know that there is another link in this forum on reading the bible in 90 days if you do a search.

I started off doing the 90 days a couple of years back and ever since I'd been randomly selecting passages here and there to read. I've been doing the one year plan since the beginning of the year and I can't tell you how much it's helped me. I think it has especially given me an appreciation and love for the old testament that I've never had before because I found it to be a pain (just being honest).

I really can't tell you if I'd be doing the one year plan if I hadn't done the 90 day plan first. I really don't know if I would've just wanted to get through it or not. I can tell you that I don't feel like rushing however, I do find that I want to read more like maybe breaking the plan in half for example and reading the current reading Dec 2 and going back and reading Jun 2 moving in parallel each day.

I do think that people need to read the bible for themselves more because it gives you a deeper understanding and appreciation of God's word that, in my opinion, you can't really get otherwise.

^^^ I love all the reading plans that are available. The reason why I posted is because I'm starting to meet alot of people who are/were Christians who are losing their faith because of things they see going on in the church and among other Christians. When we have discussions they tell me about things that really don't have anything to do with Christianity just things they heard/observed/experienced.....I believe if a person is reading the Word for themselves it would be more difficult to argue that these negative things they see going on are "Christian"

Haddasah here's a link to the 90 day cover to cover reading plan http://biblein90days.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/b90orgbookmark.pdf

It can be intense but if you fall behind I'd suggest marking down on the printout (or somewhere else) where you last left off and just finishing up the last day's plan instead of playing catch up by for example finishing up the last day and doing the day's plan. I would not suggest doubling up. Don't worry about doing it in 90 days maybe give yourself up to 120.
