Blinking Envelope.

How can I get rid of the blinking envelope? I've read all of my Private Messages, but it continues to blink. Would that happen if someone sent me a message, then delete it before I read it?

Could it be that you haven't clicked on the Read Receipt? You have to click those too to get the blinking envelopes to go away.

You know, last night I looked and looked, and didn't see anymore PM's. Apparently, I missed one, but got it now.
