I am going shopping after work.

For those of you who have used MN as well as Cayenne,

Which provided the best results?
How did you mix it?
What were your montly results?
What was your regiman?

Bumping. Did you use MN and cayenne together? I will do a search in hair recipe board and see if anything comes up!

I have not mixed them. But that does not sound like a bad idea

I wanted to know if anyone had used them both seperately and what were the results.
