Question Constantly Having To Re-enter Codes Every Few Days . . .

Hi.

On my various devices, I'm constantly being denied the ability to log in at LHCF unless I request a code be sent to my email, go to my email, get the code, and enter the code.

The LHCF message promises to recognize me on my devices for 30 days without having to regenerate and then re-enter a new code, but LHCF does not: Every few days or so, I must do this process: Generate a code, go to my email, get the code, enter the code . . . then log in.

Please advise, and thank you so much for your help!

@YvetteWithJoy, you appear to have clicked the 2 step authentication hence why you're being asked to generate a code. This has now been disabled on your behalf and you shouldn't have this issue again unless you click the 2 step authentication again. :lol:

This should now be resolved. Let me know know if you have anymore issues. :)
