Curly Naturals & Transitioners: BC or Long Transition? And why?

i choosing to do a long term bc. the last time i did the bc my hair was 2-3 inches, now im aiming for longer hair this time. my plan is to transition without the bc. i said my first mini chop would be in december but i will postpone that. i havent gotten my hair trimmed since may 2008. my ends look great. i think in February i will begin my mini chops i want to be bsl so bad i refuse to loose progress. i also have so much ng (im playing in it now)

My plan was to transition for a least a year (maybe 2). I ended up doing the BC at 11 months because I had a straightening scare - got my hair done at a salon and I thought my curls were seriously gone.

After about 2-3 weeks my curls came back, and then I started getting tired of my relaxed ends. I think the whole experience made me appreciate my natural texture a lot more. Don't regret the BC one bit either.
