I know a lot of you ladies already know about cutting your hair by the phases of the moon.
I was looking through T"Keyah Crystal Keymah's book "Natural Woman/Natural Hair" and she says, "There are certain periods of the lunar cycle that are believed to be more favorable than others for cutting hair to encourage or discourage growth or thickness: During the 1st or 2nd quarter, cut your hair on the 8th day of the new moon for quicker growth, on the 12 day of the new moon for faster, thicker growth, and on the 13th of the new moon to stimulate growth.
I posted a calendar of the phases of the moon. I think I'm going to do this next week. Anyone want to join and continue for the rest of the year?
