My hair grows 1/4" a month. That's ok but I would really like a full 1/2" a month (or more). I take my vitamins daily, I eat fruits & vegetables, whole grains, etc...I co-wash daily, my hair is wrapped up at night, I wear buns everyday, etc.... I just want more hair growth per month. The only thing I don't do consistently is exercise. I have heard the cardio stimulates the scalp which can promote hair growth....as anyone ever tried this with documentation. I am thinking about starting a personal challenge to see if exercising would promote hair growth.....what do you ladies think???
