I’m under the dryer now!
Cleansed with innersense hydrating hair bath
Conditioned with briogeo curl charisma conditioner (my favorite!)
Styled with earthtones natural max gel

This is a new styling product for me. I’ll sit under the dryer for an hour since it’s thick.

On a happy hair journey
My scalp was itching so bad these pass few days. ugh I think I need to take an allergy test because my skin has been really itchy for no reason. Anyway, I did a good wash and clay mask treatment on my hair and scalp today and feel so much better. Plus, my hair is so soft!!!

Friday
Wash: no name drugstore shampoo x2
Treatment: homemade clay wash
Moisturize: Camille Rose Twisting butter
Seal: Yaya Creations Chebe Butter

I used gloves while shampooing, applying and rinsing out the clay mask which I think helped to keep my roots from tangling up in the twists and kept me from scratching my scalp too hard. I tried a new mix for the clay mask which was great. I would like to add essential oils like tea tree and peppermint... something like that to get a little tingle from the treatment. After that I finger detangle and retwisted the twist along my edges and the two rows at my nape.

Clay Mask
1/2 cup rhassoul clay
1/2 cup bentonite clay
1 tbsp neem powder
1 cup water
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
hemp seed oil (because I couldn't find the grape seed oil and i eyeballed the amount)

I'm on my protective grind so I've just completed another set of twists.
Wash: KCCC
DC: Something proteiny in a packet then Mielle Mongogo
Leavein: KCKT
Blow dry: Blah blah heat protection
Twist: Camille Rose Brown Butter Melt

Twists until at least next Wed when I'm scheduled to be back in the office.

I completed the following this morning:

Wash- Sirod Natural Cleansing Conditioner
LI- Sirod Natural Fermented Black Rice Conditioner
Gel- Sirod Natural Flaxseed Gel

The Cleansing Conditioner is really working for me this winter! My scalp feels clean and my hair is moisturized. It provides enough slip to detangle my hair and leaves my hair so soft.
I noticed a few tiny hairs, but when I tested the strength of one of my shed hairs, the hair had great elasticity and strength. I will monitor my hair a little more closely to see if the breakage increases.
