Decided to do a protein treatment today, after I noticed so many broken hairs falling out; as I was taking down my threaded hair. Used the Aussie line that smells like chewing gum :cloud9:. Was even able to follow it up with a moisturizing conditioner :yep:. Then proceeded to let my mom put African threads back in:

Already making plans for Spring / Summer 2020.

I'm going to take down my flat twists, oil my scalp, moisturize and re-flat twist.

Wash days are or Tuesday or Wednesdays these days.

Take down, oil and redo twists on Friday or Saturday.

Trying to keep it simple all 2020.

Trim or dust once a quarter.

I am steaming my hair now for 30 minutes with my old school Kimmaytube Leave In. I will let my hair dry and then begin the process to mini-twist. I will start at 6 pm. and hopefully finish by 1 am. :cry3::cry3:

Earlier this week I cowashed and DC'd, with the plan to do a full wash. I'm not doing that, lol. Today, I wet my for a WNG and I will re-wet tomorrow to place in a plait and bun.

    Today:
    • Bolero Beverly Hills Coconut Aloe Vera Shampoo
    • Wow Skin Science ACV Shampoo
    • Wow Skin Science Coconut oil & Avocado oil Conditioner
Didn't use anything after (which will probably be a mistake). Need to find a curl cream I like.
