OK whenever I have to go to any kind of formal or dressy event, I have a hard time finding styles, so I thought I'd start this thread with pics and links to hairstyles up or down that are dressy formal not your everyday thing to help each other out. Remeber almost all of these styles can be modified to a curly/wavy look too. Let's keep this thread strictly for pics and links of hairstyles only. Please post your own finds for an even formal dinner, cocktails, prom, debutante balls, weddings, bridesmaids etc...

I couldn't find a better pic, but that is a pretty hair style. Could it be french rolled or bunned in the back ? As for the side, I couldn't tell ya. :ohwell:

I know some of these styles aren't "dressy" enough by themselves, but you could probably pick up a couple of nice pins, or a flower, and you'd be set. ;)
